The Mindful Map Mental Health Counseling, PLLC., a New York professional limited liability company, together with its affiliates, parent, subsidiaries, licensors, successors and assigns (collectively “The Mindful Map” or “we” or “our”) is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of our website visitors, patients and partners. In this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) we provide information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others, and how we keep it secure. Other examples of third party service providers may include, hosting services, audio and video hosting providers, to the extent being used on our website. By using our services, you authorize The Mindful Map to sub-contract in this manner on your behalf; you acknowledge that such services are provided in accordance with third party terms and conditions and privacy polices and you agree to abide by such third party terms and conditions and privacy polices. In rare circumstances, we may share information if required by law, or in a corporate restructuring or acquisition context (see below for more details).

To protect the personal information we receive, The Mindful Map uses a secure server when you submit any form requiring registration.
